OKTIMI Advisors is a management consultancy specialising in the planning and execution of internationalisation strategies within German-speaking Europe encompassing Germany, Austria and Switzerland, also known as “DACH”.
For businesses aiming to expand through internationalisation, DACH provides an extremely attractive and culturally diverse playing field, which is home to Europe’s largest market, Germany.
